LAJC understands that the harm clients endure are inextricably linked to overarching systems of injustice, and together works to dismantle those systems through a combination of community organizing, litigation, policy advocacy, public relations, and individual legal services.Įach Legal Director will work collaboratively to set strategy and priorities for a team of attorneys and other professionals (organizers, paralegals, health navigators, etc.), oversee and manage direct services and advocacy campaigns, build collaboration with other campaigns and partners, and support ongoing strategic and team development across the organization.
